We are designing a secluded island resort that operates entirely off-grid. A continuous and stable electricity supply is critical for powering guest villas, eateries, desalination equipment, sewage treatment, and air conditioning throughout the complex.
Establishing an off-grid microgrid frequently involves diesel generators as the main power source. Several units are commonly installed and connected in parallel to cover basic electricity needs. To lower fuel transport costs and reduce noise pollution, a growing number of systems are incorporating solar PV to create a hybrid energy solution, with generators running primarily at night or during demand spikes.
