Labyrinth seals or rubber sealing strips at the housing seams should be monitored for aging and cracking, and replaced as needed to maintain sound insulation. The key points of electrical and control system maintenance are cleanliness and connection reliability. Check for oxidation and looseness at wiring connections within the control cabinet, ensure instrument readings are normal, check battery voltage, and verify the smooth operation of the starter motor and charging system. For units that have been out of service for extended periods, a no-load start-up test run should be performed monthly to ensure even distribution of lubricating oil, maintain battery activity, and test all protection functions to prevent starting difficulties or protection malfunctions due to prolonged inactivity.

 

Furthermore, meticulous record-keeping and data analysis are essential during maintenance. Establish a file containing operating parameters, inspection results, and maintenance measures to identify trends and implement timely countermeasures. Operators must be trained and familiar with the unit's operating principles and emergency response procedures to avoid malfunctions or reduced noise reduction and power supply performance due to improper operation.
